Hi, I’m Kristen Russell, the founder of Kommit Fitness. My personal fitness journey began in 2019 when I decided to transform my life after facing pregnancy and postpartum complications. At my heaviest, I weighed 260 lbs and wore a size 16. Through dedication and hard work, I lost 85 lbs and now wear a size 10. Inspired by my own transformation, I became an ISSA certified personal trainer and glute specialist in 2021.

I specialize in women’s fitness, postpartum fitness, weight loss, muscle toning, and strength training. My mission is to help other women love their bodies, build self-esteem, and feel empowered throughout their fitness journeys. When I’m not training, I love being active, traveling, and spending quality time with my two children. Let’s work together to achieve your fitness goals and embrace a healthier, happier you!
